Sicilian Cooking Class at Beet -Botanical Garden Saturday, 31 Jan at 3:00 pm. Are you ready for the first cooking class of 2026?
The theme of this cooking class is Sicilian flavours aperitivo. We will prepare together some small nibbles, tapas style, perfect for an aperitivo.
After this class, you will be ready to amaze you friends back home!
The menu would be vegetarian with the use of cheeses and maybe anchovies for extra flavour. But anything can be adapted. I will be inspired by the seasonal ingredients I will find at the market. Some hints: different types of bruschetta, Winter salad, fried artichokes!
The class is an easy level , nothing complicated and easy to reproduce at home! After it, we will have the aperitivo together with some wine!
